Meet Scott
Before entering real estate, Scott proudly served six years in the United States Air Force as an Engine Troop, maintaining C 130J aircraft in support of worldwide airlift operations. While stationed at Yokota Air Base, Japan, and Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, he also served as a First Term Airmen Course Professional Development Instructor, where he mentored and educated hundreds of Airmen. The integrity, accountability, and attention to detail developed during his military career continue to shape the way he serves every client.
Following his transition from active duty, Scott quickly became a top producing REALTOR® by building his business on relationships, trust, and education. He specializes in VA loans, military relocations, new construction, residential resale, and investment real estate. Rather than simply helping clients buy or sell a home, Scott focuses on educating them about their options and developing strategies that support their long term financial goals.
As an active real estate investor and founder of SA Property Partners, Scott also specializes in residential renovations, fix and flip projects, and rental property investments. His experience as both an agent and investor allows him to help clients identify opportunities to build equity, generate passive income, and create lasting wealth through real estate.
